This luncheon was a surprise birthday celebration for my best friend Kimberly Van Der Beek. I invited a bunch of our best girlfriends and put together a vegan farm-to-table spread that was perfect for a beautiful spring day.
Hors d'oeuvres: Heirloom crudités platter with vegan artichoke dip
Starter: Citrus salad with avocado, beets, and fennel
Main course: Carrot Coconut Soup
Dessert: Naked chocolate cake
Wine: Biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc from Dog Point, New Zealand.
