Erin Fetherston products available for purchase online are subject to availability.  As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

Prices displayed on the are quoted in U.S. dollars. Erin Fetherston accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Credit cards must have a US billing address.  International credit cards with US shipping addresses are not accepted. does not accept checks, cash or money orders.  

If a product is reduced within 7 days of purchase, we offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit.  Please note items purchased with a promotional code or during an archive sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.

SALES TAX charges state, local, and country taxes on online transactions shipped to customers within New York State.


Online purchases from may only be shipped to physical addresses in the continental U.S.A. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All purchases are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse in New Jersey.  FedEx Ground orders typically ship within 24 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.  Overnight and Express Saver orders are given top priority.  

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will ship on the next business day.  Overnight shipping does not include Saturday Delivery.  Erin Fetherston cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

*UPS Ground Shipping is free on all Erin Fetherston Collection products.  On all other products, Ground Shipping cost is $14.50 for 1 or 2 items, and $18.50 on 3 or more for all other items.


If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, less a restocking fee.***

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the full price or sale item(s) and in the original form of payment:

1. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days in which the items are received.

2. The merchandise must be in sellable condition with all tags still attached.  Items must not have been WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED.  Items that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. This is at the sole discretion of Erin Fetherston.

There are no returns or exchanges on VINTAGE AUCTION, ARCHIVE, CLEARANCE, SAMPLE SALE or FINAL SALE items. Full price items and sale items ARE eligible for return.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately.

*A restocking fee is deducted from your refund for any FULL PRICE or SALE items returned after the 14 day return period and for all home products.

**For items shipped FEDEX GROUND, a restocking fee of $14.50 will be deducted from your refund after the 14 day return period and for all home products. This cost is towards the first 2 items in an order, with a $7 charge for any additional returned items.  


A Return Number must be obtained before returning any items.

Obtain a Return Number by signing into your Erin Fetherston account, clicking on my orders and selecting the item(s) that you would like to return.

Once the request is approved, you will receive an email which will contain your return instructions and a Return Number which is valid for the next 14 days.

Once the return authorization has been received, print and place with items in the original packaging.

For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid UPS return label with your packing slip. Simply complete your name and address and affix the return label to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.

Please write the Return Number clearly and legibly on the label and outside of the box.

Please send all return items in the same shipment so we can process your order as quickly as possible.  Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.  Be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

Once Erin Fetherston has processed your return package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed to your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Erin Fetherston.


Once an order has been received by Erin Fetherston, you cannot change or cancel it.
